Most insurance policies
whether commercial or domestic assume that clients make
the necessary checks when engaging catering Companies
to execute events. Please be warned that it is important
that your caterer has Public Liability Insurance
and CE approved machinery, especially
hog roast or spit roast machines.
Good quality caterers in
high season are difficult to obtain.
