to deliver quality food and service at affordable prices.
The picture on you right was just one
of the many corporate catering jobs carried out in 2004.
With 6 staffed serving station and
24 staff on hand we delivered half a ton of hog roast,
salads, bbq food to 1,000 guests in just 2 hours.
All the salads are prepared by our
own staff in purpose built kitchens using quality produce.
Before each event whether it is a wedding,
party, corporate event, fun day or similar event our
chefs prepare you food either on site or just a few
hours before to ensure fresh home made food is delivered
to your guests.
Meat is kept piping hot in heated chafing
dishes and salads, deserts and canapés are kept refrigerated
for freshness.
Larger events are catered for using
either chafing dishes or Churchill china salad bowls,
which ever your budget allows.
We offer free of charge site visits
and timed flow charts to events that require precise
timing.
Please contact us to enquire about
the availability of hog, lamb and beef roasts during
the summer.
Please note that bookings are taken
from September for the next year, so please book early
to avoid disappointment.
Don't forget that if you wish to just
hire machinery we can supply up to 10 x CE approved
hog or lamb roasting machines the spit roast up to 650
kgs of meat, enough to feed 2,500 guests.
