Our local South Downs lamb roast is on the
spit, French style with Rosemary sprigs, studded with
fresh garlic & Served with homemade mint sauce or
red current jelly.
Each lamb is local, English, and free range, just the way nature intended. We can supply enough lamb on one lamb spit roast to feed well over 100 guests.
Cooking time ranges from 3 - 4 hours depending on the size of the lamb and the weather conditions.
Lamb roast, bbq & salad
buffet options are also available to complete the whole catering package.
If you decide you would like two meat choices we can also provide pork to go with the lamb or visa versa.
Weddings and Marquee Events that require a full service
of Table Linen, China, Cutlery & Glasses, are also
available to hire
