Spit Roast Chefs £25.00 per hour
Chef de Partie, Sous, Commis, Pastry chefs £27.00 per hour
Plate Waiting Waitresses and Waiters £11.50 per hour
Bar staff £12.50 per hour
Kitchen Porters £10.50 per
hour.
Event Porters £11.50 per
hour.
Head Chefs £35.00 per
hour.
Delivery Drivers £17.00
per hour plus 65p per mile travelled.
Event Manager £30.00 per
hour
Team (Staff) Supervisor
£25.00 per hour
Experienced in house Wedding Coordinators £45.00 per hour
(minimum 12 hours)
A minimum of 6 hours will
be charged for any chefs. Lower grades
are a minimum of 4 hours. Travelling time is as per their
respective hourly rates, to and from the event.
After 23.00hrs and before
06.00hrs time and a half will apply to all grades.
Bank Holidays will be
charged at double time.
Rates are inclusive of working time directives but
exclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior
notice.
